IGNITE

In a continued effort to help improve company culture, One Technologies was looking to add an iPhone companion app to their previously released iPad version of Ignite. The Ignite app serves employees as a go-to resource for everything from assisting new hires with onboarding, receiving HR information and company wide updates, to rewarding fellow colleagues for outstanding performance. Working with the team at Oven Bits, I was responsible for thinking through the UX, UI and IxD of the Ignite app for iPhone and later got to rethink and redesign the version for iPad.
